This is another important branch of engineering in CDSE introduced during the year 2009. This fledgling department has a team of young and enthusiastic staff members who are dedicated to the task of moulding raw young talent into full fledged Electrical engineers. The department is committed towards imparting quality technical knowledge to its students and creates the right technocrats for the right jobs. No stone has been left unturned while creating the right ambience for students of this branch. The department emphasizes on both the theoretical and practical aspects of the subjects. All laboratories are spacious and fully equipped with the best possible equipment and cater to the needs of the curriculum as well as the field of Electrical engineering. Students are exposed to state-of-the-art facilities and are given hands on training to work with the Electrical machines and equipment being widely used in the industries. One highlighting feature of our laboratories is that most of the measuring instruments are precision digital meters which provide accurate and reliable results.
