A Science Graduate with a Masters in Arts and a Chartered Accountant by profession, CA. Pramod Shrivastava started his professional career with the renowned Agarwal Group in the year 2004. Currently he is the CFO, at the Agarwal Coal Corporation Ltd. Indore, under the leadership of Shri. Vinod Kumar Agarwal. He has shouldered the responsibility of managing several multi faceted business operations of Agarwal Coal Corporation Ltd. like:

• Real Estate
• International Trade, Finance, Forex, Derivatives and Treasury operations.
• Establishing enterprises for international operations both as a wholly owned subsidiary or joint venture of an Indian company.
• Mobilizing finance for trade around the world. He has immense experience and expertise in the fields of:
• Corporate Taxation and Corporate Investments
• SEBI, RBI and FEMA act, rules and regulations
• Foreign corporate taxation of countries like Singapore, Indonesia, USA, UAE and UK
• Planning and implementation of SAP/ERP in the corporate sector

In addition to his vast corporate experience, CA. Pramod Shrivastava has also established himself in the field of Undergraduate and Post Graduate Professional Education as the Coordinator of the well known Chameli Devi Group of Institutions (CDGI).

He has an uncanny talent for creating an amicable working atmosphere with special emphasis on team work. He has tuned up the administrative system at CDGI, by introducing the paperless e-form official transactions through the college web portal – eCampus. He is mainly responsible for planning and implementing several useful modules on the college web portal like the T&P module, Students’ Mentoring module, Attendance and Time Table module and the On Line PTM.
