Terms & Conditions of payment over the CDGI Website:

• All Master, Visa, Debit Cards are accepted for transactions on the payment gateway available through the portals.
• All Debit card transactions over the CDGI website are carried out through a secured payment gateway.
• At no point must the cardholder disclose his/her Debit card number, date of expiry or the CVV number over the call to anyone.
• By paying through any valid Debit Card owned by you or as legally provided by you. You are agreeing that there shall be no charge back in respect of any transaction done on the relevant CDGI website under the assigned user ID.
• Payment should be made through Debit Card which is having 3D secure password only.

• CDGI does not engage in direct retail activities. Payment gateway on our portals is being provided by HDFC Bank Ltd, using their own payment gateway.
• All Fee Payments made over a weekend will be reflected in subsequent week.
• Cancellation and refund of fee will be resolved as per CDGI norms.
• The success and failure of a card transaction is at the sole discretion of the card issuing bank. CDGI assumes no responsibility for any dispute arising there from.
• CDGI shall not be responsible for any fraudulent or disputed transactions. In case of a dispute regarding any card transactions made by cardholder through the CDGI website, the same must be resolved by cardholder directly with their Bank/Debit card issuer. The cardholder should agree not to make CDGI a party to any such dispute. CDGI shall not be liable to the cardholder for any consequence arising out of any fraudulent or disputed transactions.
• CDGI reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Fee Payment facility or to withdraw it completely.
• By making a Fee Payment over the CDGI website, the cardholder hereby agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions. The cardholder agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless CDGI and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from cardholder or any third party’s use (or misuse) of the Fee Payment facility available over the CDGI website.
• Payment mode selected for fees payment must be maintained throughout the transaction. Any discrepancies arising will be the sole responsibility of banks and not CDGI.
• CDGI will give the credit of net amount received from HDFC Bank any deduction made will be on the students account.

It is assumed that all students of CDGI paying fees online will abide by the rules and regulations of the CDGI.

Any refund will be processed on submission of application by the student as per CDGI Rules & Regulations.

All disputes between the applicant / student and the Institute (under CDGI Group), including any other dispute shall be exclusively subject to jurisdiction of only Indore Courts.
