Author/ Inventor Guidelines

  • All submissions must be in English only.

  • The submission of a claim should strictly follow the given formats. Other formats may not be accepted.

  • All submitted claims should contain original, unpublished results, experimental or theoretical.

  • Inventors are invited to submit the full document using the given templates. Paper drafts must be prepared in English with a maximum of six (6) printed pages (10-point font, double-column, and A4) including figures, tables, and references. Font must be Calibri.

  • The conference reserves the right to refrain from reviewing submissions that are significantly longer than 6 pages.

  • Prospective inventors are kindly invited to submit entries electronically through Easy Chair.

  • For submission of claim, at least one of the inventors of the product should be a registered user of Easy Chair. Unregistered authors should first create an account on Easy Chair.

  • Before submitting your idea/ innovation based document, please read and sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Information Disclosure Form (IDF) documents.

  • Answer each question in the Information Disclosure Form (IDF) elaborately and correctly. Your patent/design patent/copyright document will be designed by specialists based on the information you will provide.

  • Please Combine both Non disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Information Disclosure Form (IDF) in a single pdf and upload it via easychair.

  • There are 3 Invention Disclosure Forms (IDF), each for patent, design patent, and copyright. Please choose the correct form to apply.

  • Review process for this conference is as per the IPR Laws.

  • The maximum no. of words allowed in the abstract is 250 words and at least 3 keywords are also required.

  • All submitted claims will be checked for plagiarism according to patent/ design search guidelines.

  • If found free of plagiarism and based on search report, it will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on Non-obvious basis, Novelty, Presentation, Correctness, and Relevance to the conference.

  • In case of minor plagiarism, the authors will be asked to rewrite the article.

  • In other cases, the paper will be immediately rejected.

  • The acceptance of the claims along with the referee’s comment will be communicated to authors by email. Inventors are required to incorporate the comments received in the pre-final Submissions before final submission.
